Delivery Time
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies by location and is typically 1–5 business days.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount. Please check our store for current details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Made-to-Order Items
Some of our products are made to order. For these items, delivery times may differ from standard timelines. You will be notified of the estimated production and delivery time after your order is confirmed. Made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or changes once production has begun.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Tags must not be removed.
- Must be returned with the original invoice or receipt.
Return Process
Once you submit a return request to our customer service, we will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
